I had a similar experience when I saw her recently in Bmt. I had to wait about 20 mins while the "room was getting cleaned". The first two times her TCB was good while the BCD wasn't. This time it was the opposite.

I've had good luck setting appointments as spur of the moment with the bp girls. "Hey are you availability, yes, ok be there in 15 minutes ". I haven't had very good luck with appointments set up hours in advance or the next day
