Yes. I had a local provider cancel/change appointment days/times five times before I ever met her. She had valid RW issues which caused the cancellations, but she offered me 2 hrs at her one-hour rate to make it up to me. When we finally met, it was a great extended session and believe me, all was forgiven as we are now besties and we haven't had any more issues--it was only a bad week for her.

However flaky she was originally with her RW problems, she had great common sense to make it up to me and I am now a great fan.
