Jack and Montana's recollections of ladies they met in Canada made me think of some of my local favorites of years gone by...so I thought a thread on the subject was warranted. I place it here rather than in the strip club forum because it has no relevance to the current scene. If like us to limit our nominations to strippers who have left the gig for at least a year... Also...since some names get recycled..try to provide some additional info to narrow it down....it will be interesting to see if we how many of us these lovely ladies made a great impression upon.
So, with that said, here are some of my nominations:

Stephanie (Mirage/Half Dollar) circa 1991-1993 Blonde beauty with amazing body to include among reallly lovely and natural breasts as well as megawatt smile. And one of those peronalities that just drew people to her. Very smart...is now a Psychologist practicing in another state.

Amber...(Mirage/Half Dollar/Klassy Cat) circa 1990- 1994. One of the most beautiful women I've ever met...amazing dancer and had an amazing singing voice...used to do one arm hand stands on stage...was funny as hell too...could mimic all the other dancer styles and bust their chops...would also break into her gorilla dance every once in a while...probably mocking us in the audience but it was pretty good physical comedy.

Cassandra (Mirage/Klassy Cat) circa 1992 - late 90s. Petite super slender redhead (usually) with alabaster skin and perfect A/B Cups. She had extensive ballet training and was an exceptional dancer... When she first started out, she would do some very theatrical sets (like wear a mans suit with fedora on stage and strip out of it to a slow jazzy set. She later got jaded and stuck with standard stripper fare that was still incredibly graceful. Another super sharp woman with a steely personality.

There are more...but it's a pain writing this much using my phone...

Mary...I'm trying to limit the nominations to dancers who have hung up their platforms and g-strings (retired from stripping) for at least a year or more...I going for more of a nostalgia vibe for former dancers than any attempt to rate or recognize current performers...so the very fact that I've seen you dance in the last year counts you out, much to the delight of those of us who have seen you on stage.

I don't want to hijack the thread.... but one girl that should be in the Buffalo Stripper Hall of Fame is "Shannon" from the Club Chit Chat. She retired about 5 years ago... but she is now doing a website at Southern - Charms under the name Sherri Buxom. I am lucky enough to take her pictures for that site...

Only strippers from Rochester I know retired very long ago. And I can not think of there stage names any longer. Stop going 20 years ago. Have started again in about 2005. And only know a few well. All still working at, if not dancing, bartending.

Wendy from K.C., the Half Dollar and Gentlemen's Park Place. Last I looked the K.C. web site still included her pic but I haven't seen her in years.

Rachael on roller blades at K.C. She also did amazing drop splits.

Kelly at Foxxy's was a really good dancer. What she did to a long neck on stage made for a long line for lap dances.

I actually saw Rachael at KC recently...she said she comes in every once in a while to make some spare cash....still able to rock the pole rather well...but had forgotten the roller blades...

my favorite used to be Sara from Rick's in Rochester. She was on for about a year or so in the '06 timeframe...

No, but now I'm also remembering Ola or Olga at KC. Not super muscles but some sort of body builder. And there was Kathy, I think, who worked at KC before she had a baby and at the Half after she came back. Anyone remember them?

My all time favorite was Bobby who worked at Foxy's while a graduate nursing student at Genesseo about 6 years ago. She was blond and beautiful with the best body on a great pair of legs. She was very friendly but had a boyfriend who through her phone in the lake after he found she was calling others. I think she graduated and moved away but wish I could track her down.

Wendy is probably my ATF dancer/stripper. Legs that went on forever and one of the best smiles ever. Used to catch her at GP Place all the time, then at the Cat, but best was at a couple private parties. Always wanted some personal entertainment from her, but never had the courage to ask. Dumbass.
