Agreed, summer events abound. Lots of babies are born in the spring, early summer due to an uptick in closeness during colder months

Maybe a special, instead of dinner and dessert, you could incorporate summer events (someone mentioned racing earlier). Get out, hit the summer events and make some money. You get a nice "date" and participate in the fun that is Daylight Savings Time!
