You can save your favorite providers as "contacts" which is a primitve way of having a "favorites" list.
References from providers should be a little more robust than just a list you send to a lady via pm. You should provide the name and contact info of the lady who is giving you the reference, and tell the lady screening something about you that the referral will remember. It's also polite to let someone you are using as a reference know to expect a call/email from the other provider.
Referrals are a personal touch, not just a "list" kind of affair. P411 is a little more list-like. Good providers doing proper screening will take into account your P411, your references, if any, and your history of posts/reviews on ECCIE or other sites, to get an idea of what kind of client you are, and if you meet their security and compatibility requirements.
