However, to answer your question ... and I've written a topic about this in Dallas coed a long while back (Is oral sex becoming obsolete?) ... I think that intercourse is taking a back seat to oral sex.

After reading the responses of my topic, men often just want oral sex because it's something that they cannot get at home.

I very much agree with EW. It seems BBBJ is the name of the game,as so many dont care for condoms. And yes the kinky play tends to lead away from good lol penetration. I understand what you are saying.
