I wonder if a guy who lives with and has children with a woman but never takes the step to make it legal would be considered married?

Quite a few states have laws related to, and define "common law marriage" so in those states they are.

Respect here as well.
I just don't see how Gemmas initial comment was in any way disrespectful. Dahlia is not going to see married guys and Gemma does and will.
Can somebody tell me what I missed..maybe I am going blind.

Page 3 came after her initial comment. My focus is what is wrong with her initial comment and what prompted swarmyone to attack her based on her initial comment..yeah, I know things got quite contentious after that but I still don't see why the initial comment drew fire. Dahlia, it's obviously your choice who you decide to see. And I support that. But why make a post about it? Were your wondering how people would feel about your choice? Why not just add this as a line in your ads /showcase?

Ignoring child support, which is covered regardless, in "non-states", when those relationships go south, attys sometimes get involved as well, and the drama and mudslinging can be more interesting. Thus, is there really a difference? Frankly, it's a karma thing to start with (and I sleep very well at night).

Because that is what I Chose to do. This is my business, and I will run it any way I Choose.
If someone does not like the Choices I make, they are completely Free to put me on their ECCIE Ignore List OR simply just Stop reading any/all of my posts, ads, website, Blog or anything else that I put up on the 'ol world wide web ( internet).
I have added this information to ALL of my ads, website and Blog so there should be NO reason that someone could say they were not aware of my decision to stop seeing married men.
