Something to keep in mind: The ACLU is contesting the legislation and amendments are a possibility.
AND the law, when signed, will take effect Jan 1, 2019.
So while things seem panicky in the immediate, you do have a wee bit of time to practice the 3 P's. Prior Proper Planning.
Still, remember that sites and platforms are taking early precautions and we should as well.
Be safe friends.

WiFi through VIA trans believe it has an umbrella blocker that you cannot get into eccie or any other site for that matter. So you can imagine if a company as simple as VIA can have one then imagine the government having one. Don't believe me? Go hop onn a bus ge3tt on the WiFi and try to access eccie and see what pops up

This is why you should not use any local "free" access points. The SAPl, Via, McDonalds, Starbucks, Spectrum or any others. Use your burner phone with a VPN. Don't get on any wifi at all. Part of the law will incentivize ISPs to block and report your user data for accessing sites that facilitate sex trafficking. This will include your usual ISPs you use at home as well.
I should also mention, burner phones use the same networks and bandwidths as other ISPs so those access points may be blocked at some point as well; BUT if the burner is cash paid and does not connect back to your real world info, you will be much less likely to be targeted by the powers-that-be for accessing sites using the the burner.
And again, the bottom line is: our way of life using the sites we're accustomed to is about to change.
Get in touch with your favorites and make sure you both use encrypted email accounts and don't discuss specific sex acts.

Thanks for sending me a pm. I'll get you on my safe list. Take care and thanks for the Deeeeep inside info. Everything taken together gives us a better idea of what we're up against and how to navigate through it all.

For ones using an App on your RW phone. The app is for texting only and is not protecting you when using phone for websites like Eccie. So best use a hobby phone or VPN. I don't use my RW phone for anything hobby related.

Just to give everyone a little heads up, When I was on my final overseas assignment in Korea from 2010 to 2012 I was in charge of the Vault in our "Red Cell" in our area of Korea, and yes I was able to see incrypted messages coming into and going out of North Korea. So if we could do that what do u think the government can do with our private severs. No one is eyes off from Langley, Virginia. NOONE. what ever your server is used through it does have to use a form of communication in the US to include satelites. And just who do you think regulates all of our satelite communications? It ain't the FCC baby. Or any private companies for that matter. Remember CK i'm only 5 years retired from Special Forces and if we could see an enemy guard picking his nose on one of our laptops what do you think they can see in the feds buildings. Be honest, yes our own government is watching

oh and you text messages can be ordered by a court no matter what phone you use. As long as the device has your name on it, text messages can be viewed so be careful what you even text about. I have a copy of my text messages from 2009 when I was still in the military. This was using a simple flip phone. They are still able to see. Not try to put a scare on anyone but the gov can see it. But if it's not in their "National Interest" they don't bother with it.

Many facts, factors and yes, much speculation above, including some of my own.
Here's the immediate thing in my opinion:
None of us -- unless we are personally indicated, suspected or involved in trafficking or underage stuff -- are individual targets in this instance.
Yes, we CERTAINLY all should try to be as discrete as possible, safeguard our personal data and otherwise try to ignore any paranoia and
HOBBY HAPPY!
(perhaps we can have a discussion at tonight's after party)

Who knows what else it will or could be linked to. Never vested in it either.

My ECCIE Reviews

Thank you again Alpha for all the great tips!
Gina @P411 said she's not worried about the laws here since they are in Canada. (On twitter)
Where is Eccie hosted?
I've gotten my VPN and encrypted email done. While they may not target us individually unless suspecting trafficking, it's still better to be safe than sorry. Each of us has different levels of security and comfortability. Let's just stay as safe as possible, I adore so many of you gents and ladies.
Please remember to sign up for my mailing list. Your info will never be shared with anyone else. BCC. Lovelyevelyn@protonmail.com

evelyn ur awesome! ijs. The good thing is, should a shake down of all of the sites occur like shutting down, then some of us vouched for and trusted people could still communicate with each other on another basis.

You all are talking like you have done something illegal. I have never offered money for sex and any review I've posted is strictly literary fiction for entertainment.

Been coming a long time. Probly for the best. Its gonna come down to sites that seriously police for trafficking and under age. With absolutely no mention of money. Not the roses bs-no mention of money at all. Ever.
