I prefer one introductory email. I respond with availability or yes/no. If yes then ask for references. After reference check we are onto a 3rd email of exchange of phone numbers, or I give him mine if he already listed his earlier. After that we wait for the date of appointment. I will always send either a text message or email to confirm we are still on the day prior to appointment. If we are still on I call the day of, a few hours prior to the appointment to have a hello/greet 10 minute phone call. After that I call when I arrive. I am somewhat low volume, perhaps this all wouldn't work if you are meeting several clients a day? If you are a higher volume lady an appointment book works wonders for your reminders.

With exception I like the casino area. That way when I get the no answer/ full mailbox I can partake in my other vice gambling. LOL If the provider does not have the time to answer my email/pm right or wrong I automatically think 30 minute/hour.

LOL, well I must admit I do the same thing. Many times if I'm meeting a newby, I will schedule errands around the appointment. That way if the newby flakes out, he didn't waste my time 100%.

I guess I'm weird... I schedule my appointments for how I feel now... not how I'm going to feel 1 - 4 days out. When I contact a provider it is because I'm looking to have some time today... Sometimes emailing back and forth takes too much of that time... So, I put all that info in the first email... "Hey, I'm ____. Here is where you can find my references. ______________ Contact anyone on the list you like. I'm looking for an appointment within the next _____ hours. Are you available?"

Sometimes people respond quickly... sometimes they don't. If they don't respond quickly, there is a good chance I've moved on to someone who has a more efficient means of communicating.

I accpet voice, text, email, and private messages across many different (competing) Websites and I occasionally use an instant messaging system. Typically, unless I am in an appointment or not working that particular day, I will reply to any communication in less than half an hour - usually within minutes.

I don't have ANY preference on how I am contacted, and I am willing to use whatever method the client finds easiest - to facilitate their being at ease. In allowing the client to choose their preferred method and by my being able to respond in kind, and to do so quickly, I find I have more inquiries that result in successful engagements.

Jackie, that business model will never work. Requires way too much time, planning and follow up on your part. Too much focus on what works best for the customer, not what's easiest for you. Please contact some of the other ladies, particularly the younger ones, regarding the proper way to conduct business. Hope this helps, good luck.

I'm like Jackie to a point. I'm not much for instant messaging or texts, but phone calls, PMs and emails work best for me.

Whatever is easier for the client usually works for me as long as its not texting.

This business model is what makes me a successful courtesan.

I don't think Jackie nor myself need lessons from younger escorts who have been in the business a short time. I find the most complaints are about the younger girls who don't know how to run a business. I'm complimented quite often on how I run a business and the fact that I know how to treat my clients.

I prefer email. I just started another business that isn't hobby related so when I am their I can't answer my phone. Unless I am with family I can usually get back to you be email really quickly. Oh how I love blackberry.

I don't give out my phone number until I have verified you so p411 is my first choice then email or pm. I am not a last minute type gal so texting me asking for a short notice would not work for me. The only way I do not answer is that it went to my junk mail. I know I should check that more often LOL.

I always feel this way as well. I posted in another thread about Sasha, who offers an early morning special starting at 4am. This is my biggest problem in scheduling. I can't possibly say that I am going to be interested in a date in a few days, so if a lady is going to take that long to check my references and get back to me, I probably won't bother. When I want to play, I want to play now. So I'll just text someone I know and see if she is available.

If I have to e-mail, I'll do so well in advance and basically get "pre-screened" so when I do have some time and am looking to play, I can text or call on short notice.
