Gfx, you could have just apologized to her directly but I can also see how this is a PR/crisis management post, getting out in front of the issue first to control the narrative (I suspect that was the motivation). You could have simply apologized but adding the level of detail you did also seems to imply that motivation as well. You've apologized in the past for bad reviews and other situations so I think you genuinely wanted to inform us as to why you two parted ways, especially given how recently she joined Gfx and sudden departure that was noticed by some in forums on here.
It may be genuine, but also has the feel of a preemptive strike of sorts as well.

I have to agree, no one needed to know the details of why you and her parted ways. That is very unprofessional. Maybe a lesson learned for the future. I have been independent for several years, but things like this is why I would never join an "agency" and I would suggest to other girls they do not either.
