There is a few indicators of that. Uneven pupil dilation, hearing running water when there's none. Google it.
You may want to get a CT just to be safe.

I have found this to be effective for even the worst (Migraines) headaches. It even has helped when I had strep throat. When it hurts to swallow ;-).
I'll have to try that. I don't get headaches that often but when I do they can be difficult to get rid of. Especially morning headaches.

Or an eye doctor. Seriously, eye doctors also examine for tumors in the front part of the brain, because they can essentially see any abnormalities through the eyes as well as checking to see how your eyes are reacting like you state. In fact, I told my eye doctor once I was getting a lot of headaches, and he paid extra attention looking for tumors. Also, uncorrected issues with your eyesight will cause headaches.

What was the Steven King Novel, that told the story of the guy who thought he had a brain tumor, and it turned out to be an absorbed twin. They found teeth and other things.
Maybe it's an absorbed twin.

A pharmacist friend of mine offered the explanation that the generic brands use cheaper binders that take longer to dissolve in the digestive tract. So while the ingredients are identical, they seem less effective because they take longer to hit the bloodstream. I get bad headaches as well. I take 4 or 5 200mg otc ibuprofen and it helps. I had a brain scan a few years ago (and they found nothing - joke) actually I was told I had a "Migraine Brain", the guy gave me some Maxalt-MLT 10mg, but I never tried them so I can't tell you if they work or not. I've found the best preventive measure one can take is to stay away from crazy hookers. Sane ones are Fine (as in Frankie lol).

Maybe it's a brain aneurysm.

You could be with your favorite provider and then boom....and then your brain goes boom too!

Severe migraine headaches are often accompanied with puking as well. Either way if I were you I would get it checked out and soon.
