Or an eye doctor. Seriously, eye doctors also examine for tumors in the front part of the brain, because they can essentially see any abnormalities through the eyes as well as checking to see how your eyes are reacting like you state. In fact, I told my eye doctor once I was getting a lot of headaches, and he paid extra attention looking for tumors. Also, uncorrected issues with your eyesight will cause headaches.
