There are two issues here: What the man is comfortable saying, and what the lady is comfortable doing. The reason a client would not mention a particular kink or fantasy is simply fear of being rejected.

I think advertising as being "fetish friendly" is helpful, although there are kinks and then there are kinks. Usually people think of fetish as BDSM, leather, domina activities, maybe things like golden showers and more extreme kink. But then there things like CIM or greek that probably falls under the category of "normal" activities (but who is to say what is normal, right?) but which many providers do not like to do. It is actually the second category that I am talking about.

I agree... each "title" can mean very different things. Although I am one that likes to witness a pro do something and then have it done to me so i can see what the guy would feel.. before i do anything.
