I think advertising as being "fetish friendly" is helpful, although there are kinks and then there are kinks. Usually people think of fetish as BDSM, leather, domina activities, maybe things like golden showers and more extreme kink. But then there things like CIM or greek that probably falls under the category of "normal" activities (but who is to say what is normal, right?) but which many providers do not like to do. It is actually the second category that I am talking about.
Not necessarily my thing, but I imagine it is easy to ask a provider who advertises as "fetish friendly" to go all David Vitter on you and tie you up. It is actually harder to ask a GFE provider if she does greek or CIM, at least on the first encounter.
