I expected monster to defend our dearly beloved leader. He/she appears to be a working human after all.
Where is Roy?

You say "no way", I said highly unlikely. Doesn't matter if Biden is found guilty because that outcome may be worse for the country. I'll settle for a Republican House going through with impeachment. What is your guess on whether the Republicans take back the House?
Yep, 5 days left for not only removing all 1500 Americans but all American soldiers and to do that will require shutting down operations in 3 days to prepare the evacuation of 4,000 soldiers and their equipment.
Clock is ticking and what do we suppose Biden will say when we undoubtedly leave Americans behind who are spread out in those 15 provinces and have no way to get to Kabul in 3 days?
Will Secy. Blinken again go on TV and say "they all had their chance, if they want to stay, they stay"?
But hey, maybe this all ends with majority American approval and all our allies give Biden a rousing "ataboy". You actually think Biden comes out of this with American and NATO allies approving of his handling of this?
We'll know soon enough

Seems "appropriate" that you would pick Kinziger as your hero.
https://www.opindia.com/2021/07/adam...ithin-seconds/
Rep. Adam Kinzinger goes from laughing like a clown to crying within seconds during Capitol riot hearing, invites widespread mockery
Seconds after chortling, Rep. Adam Kinzinger became serious and started weeping during the first meeting of the United States House Select Committee on the January 6 Attack
The January 6 Select Committee started off with sentimental histrionics as Illinois lawmaker Adam Kinzinger went from laughing like a clown to weeping inconsolably within seconds during the Capitol Riot hearing.
“I by no means anticipated at present to be fairly emotional for me because it has been,” Kinzinger said while choking up. He had been beaming and expressing gratitude to his colleagues only a few moments before.
“I believe it’s necessary to inform you proper now, although,” he went on. “You guys could like really feel individually somewhat damaged, in regards to the results you must take care of, in regards to the influence of that day,” he said as he fought off tears streaming from his eyes.
But the abrupt transition from chortling during the hearing to sobbing inconsolably within a matter of just a few seconds was not lost on social media users, who called out the legislator and mocked him for his theatrics.
One of the Twitter users tersely said, “This guy is a Con man.”
Another commented that this entire Committee is just going to be one large group therapy session for clinically insane narcissists.
Yet another user commented, “And the Oscar goes to”, implying that Rep. Adam Kinzinger was acting during the committee hearing.

Can the US president be court martialed?
In short no, a sitting US president cannot be court martialed because they are a civilian.
The POTUS functions as Commander-In-Chief of the military, but is not a member of it. Instead they remain a civilian, in observance of the US Constitution, which has a system of checks and balances in place to prevent abuses of power.
Firstly, since the POTUS is not a member of the military, they can’t be tried for violations of the UCMJ – the authority presiding over a court martial.
Secondly, this type of trial is used during wartime to prosecute enemy forces outside the scope of regular civilian proceedings. This scenario does not apply to the president, since they are not a member of any enemy forces.
And, lastly, on a federal level, the POTUS is the only office with the power to impose martial law – although the decision isn’t passed instantly and unilaterally. On a state level, this power falls to the governor of each state.
Martial law involves a suspension of ordinary civil authority that can take place under – and is limited to – exceptional circumstances, such as war, natural disasters or civil unrest. In these rare cases, the military takes over responsibility for branches of the government that can’t operate under those circumstances.
Since the POTUS is the only power, on a federal level, capable of imposing martial law, they can’t be tried under it.
So, we are left with impeachment and since only the House of Representatives can impeach a President, it is unlikely Democrats would ever iniate this especially since they know who would replace him. Democrats are not big fans of Harris, Biden was the "fan-boy" for reasons only he knows.
Now 2022, that's a whole different picture I'm guessing. If Republicans re-take the House, I can't even imagine that Republicans will not try to impeach him EVEN knowing who comes next. Question is, what will the Senate look like and even though I think that things are going to be so bad in this country on so many fronts all caused by Democrats with issues of Covid maybe being the only thing that doesn't make it a slam dunk against Democrats, that Republicans could pick up 60 seats but I'll have to admit, that is a long, long, long shot.
Considering all this, impeach him just because he deserves it but we keep Biden on til 2024 when he gets his senile butt kicked to the curb for whoever is left standing after Republican nominations.

Biden is toast regardless. Even though what's happening in Afghanistan is absolutely terrible there's also a positive flip side in that the midterms might be unforgiving to Democrats.

Name ten Senate seats up for grabs. The two in Georgia will be. They changed the voting laws. What other states?
Sleepy Joe will not be convicted for evacuating 100,000 plus people in three weeks.
Trump surrendered to the Taliban. Biden cleaned it up.

The Trumpster cut that deal with the Taliban to get out in May. Sleepy Joe extended the date 3 more months. He's getting out all the American's about (15,000) and over 65,000 Afgans. Most of this since Aug 15th, with no casualties to USA & NATO troops.
