I'm of two minds on this.

Sometimes I just want to be pampered; that's usually when I schedule a FBSM, preferably with one of my ATFs who know how to give a mind-blowing finish. Then it's all about me. (Afterwords, I've been known to offer up some DATY if she's worked up; amazing how that sort of tip improves the next session.)

You hit upon most of it here with your own post. The anticipation is a tremedous thing to work with.
