That's quite a mix-up with the mustache and all. Or are all of PJ's dates stockholders in Nair?

Carrie; I was once in a similar situation - after a surgery, I was unable to work in the traditional sense for over a month. While my income went down substantially during that time, I did continue to see clients - they were all regulars. In a couple of instances, I went to dinner with the gentleman at my full regular rate (I believe it was $1500 at the time) and I called in a switch hitter for the private time after. It was kind of fun to pick out someone sexy for a regular, and I paid the woman 2x what she normally made (she got $500). The men were able to go to dinner with someone they knew wouldn't embarrass them, engage in familiar and fun dinner conversation/flirtation and got a hot blonde (I too am a brunette) at the end! Fun was had by all. In the other instances, it was social time with regulars, and that was mostly out of the kindness of their hearts. I remember one lovely man gave me a get well card with a grand in it after a casual lunch in a tex mex place. Completely unexpected, as I was just a little stir crazy and was going to lunch to catch up.
So my experience is that there is an income stream to be had, but it is likely to be found in the relationship that were forged previously. But hell, advertise for it, it can't hurt!

To the OP, I've tried social outings (public dates) but it always ends up in him getting turned on and asking to go into a private engagement (for pay of course). They always wanna do me afterwards :/ I no longer have it listed on my site as something i offer.
