Sorry Ansley but I won't ever be back in Texas. I see what the girls there have to deal with first hand, and since I am one who likes reviews, it won't work for me there. I don't tend to go places where my fee is considered too much...bluck!

Until a couple of months ago I had higher fees and had no problems getting dates. For well over 3 years I haven't had one problem with any man from Texas. Texas has been very good to me. Both Dallas and Houston.

That's YOU dear Ansley and that's great. It does not work that way for all of us. I do well in TN and D.C. so that's where I keep going back to. You also post in this section where there may very well be a lot of generous TX guys....take a look at the Coed sections where most of the ladies work.

FWIW I didn't like many northern areas either...especially the Yankees haaaaaaaaaaaa!! I did on purpose to wear my Saints Superbowl Tee in a bar, and they almost killed me. I am just mean like that.

For me the rate structure is about finding gentlemen who can afford to have a consistent, frequent ongoing arrangement. I'm marketing to a certain income bracket, not trying to make as much money as possible.

Often as I travel ladies ask to meet me for coffee wanting to learn about mistressdom and they are inevitably disappointed to hear that I may be booked three weeks nearly every month, but the math they are doing based on my website is completely irrelevant. Worse yet is explaining that I actually spend a lot of my down time when I'm home keeping in contact with these gentlemen.

I think what people fail to understand is that generally ladies who go into the higher rate structures don't care if they make less, because what they're trying to avoid is meeting a lot of people. They want few dates, and prefer they were longer and more intimate. Generally the trade off is stability and low volume instead of overall dollars.

I can't say I have met ladies on the higher end who speak poorly of companions with different rate structures - most of them didn't start with the rates they currently have. However, it doesn't seem entirely uncommon for people to log into this forum and insult us.

.I dont really advertised as higher end, per say, let alone advertise all too often, but can relate, simply because im usually busy enough with two regular , consistent clients, both of which contribute to my life WAY more than the advertised rate,allowing very little need for many others/or a need to draw in a high volume of non constant folks.. I think many girls are afraid to take the initial "HIT" of raising rates, because this is REALLY ALL that they have to rely on. Many do not have a mind frame to conserve and invest, protecting themselves from such a "HIT", and are accustomed to fast money, which usually goes just as fast as it comes, creating a need to have the "revolving door. " My rates do fluctuate, depending on need, but I always mention the fact that I prefer constancy, and if it cant' be provided I'D PREFER NOT TO SEE THEM. Simply saying that lowers my the num of people I see or contact me, which to be honest, is A GODSEND. .

Well for me it IS about the money overall yet I am still low volume, and make what I need. I have another job, attend school full time, and I still would not raise my rate to a grand in every city knowing it would not allow me to save and invest AS MUCH.

I don't pay rent, have never paid a car note in MY LIFE, and since I was around 21 have been very savvy with investing and saving. When I am done here the biggest debt I will have are my student loans, and my child will never have to worry about money as long as I am alive....even less when I am gone.

I want to make a certain amount of money, and I really don't care to spend long periods of time with the same one or two people over and over. Quite frankly, I can't be nice that freaking long lol. If I wanted that type of relationship, I would have a Sugar Daddy or just get married again. I am not even 30 and already own my own home, and am a partner in a few other properties. I see this as a business and my goals are clear.

Rates are not always based on what someone can or can't do....sometimes they are based on what they want to do. I love offering an hour to tell you the truth...love it! Some love longer dates, and more power to them lol. I know I am a small doses type gal, and trust me I get annoyed pretty quick if I have to be with someone I don't like for any amount of money.

Good thing there are all kinds of women and men in this business, or we would all be bored to tears trying to fit one mold.
