A provider on the old boards did this. I think she use to hit the strip clubs and handed them out there too.

All i get asked when i get gas on harry hines is if i can give rides to people i dont know, give them money, or ask if they can clean the windows of my car... and in one case if i hadnt been armed i wouldnt have had the choice on whether or not to give them money... thats why i dont go down harry hines anymore.
