So recently my buddy took a trip just to Dallas where his work flew him there. Evidently the new TSA regulations are so strict that they can even pad you down, running their hand between your waistband and body. This made me think, how is this going to impact whether providers will actually travel, if at all. I was thinking of a vacation this summer, but I think this may affect my decision on destination. What's everyone else's take?

Remember one former Provider on another site saying that she always set off the detector with the feminine version of a Prince Albert piercing.

Not all airports have the new scanners yet. Either way security is a hassle, but it does make flying safer.

Pepper, you would make some security guys day!

Doesn't affect me at all. I travel extensively every month. And while the pat down may be evasive to a degree as is the body scanner. It is what it is. It's not going to change & it's not going to revert backwards. It's for our safety and I'm usually through screening in under 5 min.

I've gone trough the body scanner numerous times in many states. If a TSA agent wants to get their rocks off from a peep show body scan or what they might feel while doing a pat down.
Then so be it. Let them have a hard on in in front of thousands of people & hundreds of cameras. I don't care.

It's one small form of invasion of privacy that we either accept if we want to fly or forgo all together & use other means of transportation.

soo, i am actually still puzzled if its allowed
why? bc there are well known sa provider(s) with these pix in her showcase(s)
so i thought you were promoting the idea
