I notice that when someone makes a derogatory remark directed at you, your response is frequently to point out that the person making the remark has read your post. I've even seen you respond by commenting on the number of posts made by one of your "attackers" in a thread initiated by you. What's up with that? Is that some voodoo shit? If you can get someone to read your post or comment on your thread, have you "won"? I don't get it.

This is an open forum. People read the posts here to get information, to entertain themselves, or, for some unfortunate folks, just to have a little "human contact". Just because I read some ridiculous turd's post doesn't mean that I am sympathetic - or, for god's sake, similar - to that person. After all, how would I know how stupid this thread is until I actually read it.
