People have got to realize that Prosecutors and detectives will do and say what they have to in order to get someone they "know" did it. Today a judge throw out a 1st degree murder case and made it almost impossible to win on a retrial because 1 detecive lied, and the prosecutors hide evidence. When you all learn this, there will never be another question asking how far can police or prosecutors go.

Saw that on the news about the lawyer accused of killing his partner. Sounds like the judge was pretty pissed at the Jackson County Prosecuters office for withholding evidence that could have made the accused appear innocent. Sometimes the law sounds more scary than the criminals.

Don't know why DD, but your comment about being arrested in every precint in KC made me chuckle.
