yes u can get std from bbj or daty....but the chances are slim.... are they slim enuff to not play....i dunno....but definitely like 1 out of 100 or more. From what I understand, one has to have an open source for fluids to get into.

I could tell from the way he worded his poll, to these particular sentences in his post he was just doing it to gather attention. I'm also sure most of the providers who got infected wouldnt even think to respond for lost of business. And of course hobbyist wouldnt respond for hobby suicide. This thread and the results were doomed from the start.

Idiotic poll, but a thought provoking question. While I love BBBJ like every other red-blooded guy and enjoy DATY with a provider, I might have to re-consider my hobby activities. Granted a lot of staying clean rests with the choice of provider, but one never knows. I'd never go for a SW or CL/BP only type of provider. I do my research, but this question really hits home. It almost goes to the point of even continuing in the hobby if some of your favorite activities have to be called into question. One of the reasons I hobby is to be with hot looking providers with whom I can let some inhibitions go free. I might have to re-assess my hobby rational as well as if I continue or seek activities less than what I really am into. Gee what a bummer.

I should have caught that the "Joined" date = the date of this post, and nothing since.
