This is the first time I know of in which a potential highly negative outcome could have come to pass because of this, but I thought I would warn you guys. The true key is to contact directly through e.com. Even replying to an e.com email will not work in this case. Thanks for straightening this out China!

It makes me nervous to think that people may be trying to contact me in this way because they deserve a response! I know I'm not the only lady who has had this problem.
