If you think that you're going to protect yourself from the police by using an envelope, you're out of your fucking mind. "Your honor, I had no idea there was money in the envelope." Yeah, that's really going to convince a judge or jury.

The lady is a hooker. The guy is a whoremonger. He's not going to think any less of you if you check the money. If you don't bother to check it, you're agreeing that it's correct.

Most of us HONEST guys will prefer it if you count it right in front of us. I don't want some gal claiming later that I shorted her when I didn't. I don't want some gal discovering that I DID accidentally short her later. I'll always wonder if the lady is lying. She'll always think that I did try to short her deliberately.

If the guy accidentally shorts you and you find it out later, he's always going to think you're scamming him, even if he pays.

Imagine you're driving away from the local grocery store. You get a phone call. "This is Joe at Kroger. After you gave me the cash, and I counted it, decided it was OK, and gave you a receipt, I checked it again, and it wasn't right. Can you come back in and give me the rest?" Yeah, right.

You might get a TINY bit of legal protection if you collect the money after the session, but that's not much protection.

I...really have to disagree. I don't mean HERE as in this site, but HERE as in this country? There are tons and tons and tons of women who will turn down a guy who sounds black. In Canada it was East Indians or Asians that got that treatment.

I said of course, I'd never discriminate based on something as meaningless and he changed the subject line to "Re: BLACKS!" and said nope sorry he would never want anyone who let blacks in or near them.

Shaft got a bad rap here. I'd see him with a $50 discount to make up for his horrible treatment and unjustified tarring and feathering here by a select few.

It has been my experience that the guys that try to short you could be up to bad intentions, but ya gotta count your donation before you leave! I mean I do.. lol. And there are a lot of providers that discriminate. Me, on the other hand, I dont! I spend time with every kind of every background. And I enjoy what I do! Human nature has not changed much in some thousands of years. That's the price of free will; folks that choose to can have asinine outlooks. But like you said, it works both ways. Disparaging a country or its populace because of the behavior of some is just another kind of group-think. BTW, I do not think you were doing that; just making a point.

I see you reside in Tennessee. I have a friend that moved from there to Birmingham, Alabama in part to get away from the subterranean racism. Not sure what that says about life in Tennessee, but you're always welcome in the Republic of Texas :P

I am freakin sorry people but that post by Kelley of Dallas is UNACCEPTABLE!

I am glad for 1 thing about it, that it was posted in the national section because it reflects a very real and dangerous mentality that a large number of caucasian women (and men) in Dallas and other areas share. I am glad the rest of the world (eccie's version) get's to see it.

I'm sure most of you read in school how black men were left swinging on a tree throughout the south for so much as looking at a white woman. Know one will ever know.

Just like we will never know what was the motive behind Kelly of Dallas lunatic rant. Inner turmoil and conflicit with all the yrs of b.s. she was taught came to the surface when she perceived

Pete'smills, I am going to have to disagree with you on many points. I believe that Shaft's response was explanatory rather than apologetic. I think it was classy, and it seems I am not the only one.

I also don't think that the amount of money a hobbyist spends in the hobby entitles him to immunity. It also should not have any bearing on whether or not a lady has the right to speak out if he shorts her $1000, $50, or $20.

I think everyone here agrees that the original poster's actions are deplorable. However, calling her a "bitch" and a "sloppy milf" is not called for. I don't claim to know why she feels the way she does, and you shouldn't either. I think that the focus should be on showing her how unacceptable her views are perceived to be, not writing her off as a bitch. Shaft did just this...he explained exactly why she was wrong without attacking her. What better way is there to battle the ignorance?
