Excellent advice, however, I'm a bit nervous about taking the plunge. The most tempting ones won't deal with me because I'm new. I completely understand why, but at the sametime, it's a bit frustrating.

Register with P411?
I don't know personally because I'm not registered on it, but that seems to be a popular way to get screened and cleared for potential providers.

Registering with P411 isn't really an option for me. Because of who I work for flying UTR is extremely paramount. It's not classified or anything like that, but if something should happen and the media got ahold of it, my career would be over.
