Besides sweetie, I seriously doubt that would pass constitutional muster. I think it would be viewed as an overstep of Article 1, Section 8, Clause 3 (Commerce Clause) along with a violation of the 1st (free speech) 4th, (unreasonable search and seizure) and possibly 14th (due process) Amendments. In addition, I can't see our liberal-leaning Supreme Court allowing it to stand. As a conservative/libertarian, I am forced that the liberals do have some superior views every now and then! LOL

He isn't trying to eradicate or prevent adults from viewing porn. He wants parents to have a tool to block children from exposure to porn. It's a noble cause, unfortunately, the kids tend to be more computer savvy than the parents, and will find it if they want to.

Lookup his exact words on the subject, not some "sky is falling" nitwits.
