Thank you, everyone! I called Sprint to see what my deposit would be. Verizon it's over $500, ATT it's over $400, and with Sprint it's $0! So that definitely caught my attention. I was then approved for 3 lines of service which has NEVER happened before. I ended up going with Sprint (love the unlimited data!), customer service was pretty good, and I got the Samsung Galaxy S III. I ended up getting my mother a phone too because she hates ATT and her phone is breaking. I'm very excited to get my new phones. Although I ordered a pebble blue but changed my mind and I want a white one. So hopefully I can call tomorrow and get them to change that before they ship it out.

In January, I got my very first personal (non hobby) cell phone, that was not furnished by my employer. Just as a try out, I was at Walmart, got a Samsung Galaxy Precedent, and went with their pay as you go STRAIGHT TALK plan, $45 PER MONTH, unlimited calls, texts and data. Havent found a thing wrong with it for my purpose. In deep east Texas, there is no coverage, but I escape to there to get away from cell phones, etc!

I do hope you enjoy your new phone Malaya. It seems everyone has their own likes and dislikes when it comes to service providers and as I mentioned above --- Sprint has treated me well over the years....

i have tmobile and was with t-mob since voicestream haha...
anyways good true story..
went in to upgrade all the lines on my plan and to cancel my home phone/hotspot thing..
anyway was gonna get all 3 galaxy s3 (each $300+) and gonna get a rebate of several 100 so i was like ok, girl had them about to ring em up and sell em... she said for me to call customer care and cancel my home phone.... guy was cool as hell on the phone(usually they r dicks just wanting to rush u)..
guy was sorry to hear i was cancelling 1 line and asked what i was doing in the tmob store and i said upgrading and to what phones etc...
he said this is what ill do for you.. all 3 phones for $112 each, unlimited net on all and etc...
so all in all i saved over like $600 and when i got off the phone with customer care, the girl behind the counter wanted to fuckin cry and she just thru the cells back into the shelf thing..
the look on her face was fuckin classic.
oh and my plan is unlimted everything for just under $130 for several lines

Wow, that rarely happens unless you threaten to cancel your entire service, so good job! Also, for anybody that's ungrading their phone, NEVER go to the company store to do so. Always go to best buy, radio shack, etc. To get the phone. They'll always be cheaper or the same price as the store.

Go to settings--->security--->screen lock. Theres tons of apps for android. Another one you can get will require a pattern or lock code for anything you want to hide. So even if you get into my phone, you'll need a different lock pattern to see my emails, pics, text, wtc

A question about sprint. I find it really hard to believe that it's unlimited data. So you can really use the internet all you want without being charged?

Yes you have been in jail too long with data caps. I have never been charged data overages since I have been on the sprint unlimited data.

LOL I keep waiting for the catch. I find it so hard to believe that there is no cap. This will take some getting used to. I'm still afraid to watch a video or something on the internet when I'm not on wifi!
