Does it really exist?
I few years ago I had the priviledge to train with Alexis Soft Touch in Houston Tx. After several session and so extra offsite training, she admited time that I could "ring her bell any time".

As I was trained, here are some basics:

The 3 basic tantra tantric sex technique categories
Type 1 - the “give and receive method” - This tantra tantric sex technique involves the couple sharing their "energies" during sex. Think of it like a circle of energy - an electrical circuit if you will. The couple can also "tap into" the energies of the Earth and the Universe/Spirit (which then feeds more energy into this "circuit", and the energy builds and grows). This type of tantra tantric sex technique benefits both partners. That is the basis of the method we recommend and teach.
Type 2 - the “take” method - In this tantra tantric sex technique, one partner uses the power of their mind (through visualization) to take advantage of the other, essentially "sucking" and “hogging” all the sexual and "life energy" (reiki) for themselves. This was primarily done by men in some cultures, but women have been known to do it also, draining a man's energy to "stay young".

Type 3 - the "modern" methods - Many new tantra tantric sex technique methods have cropped up in the last 40 years. Created by teachers who have no legitimate training or background (other than "certificates" from someone with no training or background), they may still call it tantra, tantric sex, tantric yoga, tantra yoga, or whatever, but they are really "(E) - none of the above"....

Such methods and teachers can be harmful, and even dangerous. We've heard some real horror stories about these "modern style" tantra teachers who were using their positions just to get sex and manipulate people.

Type 1 is amazing but not something that I think a client would have patience for.

I make the argument that every appointment is already going the other way. You can say "oh I want her to have just as much fun" but if you don't get to get your dick wet you would be pretty upset.

Totally agree Miss L. And I rarely do a Bj to completion or bang, bang, bang as you call it. I think there are many hobbist who are that way. IF they were getting it at home, would they need to be here, a few. But most no, based on a poll I did about 12 years ago. But we would have to update those statistics to be relivate today I guess.

While those references for Tantric rituals are common, the fact is that the whole process involves specific breathing techniques (aka pranayama or conscious breathing), specific contraction of the anus, pelvic muscles along with the breathing and affirmations. Moving the energy around is not just a mental exercise, but a combination of all the elements while sincronizing movement and breath with the partner.

I regularly read posts of different members here who want to achieve the whole Tantric experience but they don't want to bother to do the breathing. Others think Tantric is some sort of instant formula that will take you to the ultimate bliss experience on their first session.

Our society is all about instant gratification. Tantric techniques require not only the constant practice and understanding of what type of breathing does what, i.e inhaling thru the nose, exhaling thru mouth will move energy different than inhaling and exhaling thru mouth only, or doing alternate nostril breathing, or incorporating breath retention, etc.

Good health is also important as well as the ability to honor sexuality and sensuality as a sacred force energy. Just my 2 cents.

We did work on breathing at the beginning, I remember that. Thank you for sharing Sukkamielli. I enjoyed your website also. Alexis had one that was very similar. Reminds me of days gone by.
