Find ones that don't come off

My first thought when reading this thread was, "if it comes off buy another brand". I've had trouble with providers condom's coming off so I've taken to bringing my own and asking if they mind using them. A much nicer feeling to look down and see that it hasn't moved no mater how wild things got every time.

I posted a poll about this in this same main discussion section ladies. It has answers yes, no, no because of medical issue, or none of a clients business.
Feel free to use it. I'm wondering how it will turn out.

I agree.
This has less to do with birth control and more about self control. I have never in my life (and never will be) on birth control and guess how many times I have wound up knocked up - ZERO. It's all about being responsible and making the right choice 100% of the time and not 99% of the time.
While I enjoy my job, it is my "job" and therefore MY responsible to keep an eye on the protection during the time we are having intercourse.

Providers lie. So do hobbyists. And, pregnancy is the Best of a series of bad outcomes to no or non functioning birth control. An unplanned and/or unwanted pregnancy can be corrected. What if you get "somethin that won't wash off"??
As I told a teenage boy, the son of a close friend. Unless she's ready to deliver assume every female you're intimate with is both fertile and unprotected, no matter what she says on the subject.

Shouldn't make a difference if provider is on birth control or not.

In the original post, "SecretD" had the condom fail. I'm not saying don't use condoms....I'm saying what is there left to defend against pregnancy if the condom breaks? Alternative forms of BC for men can't come soon enough.

I agree for the civilian world, that is a good strategy.
However, regarding BC in the hobby (the topic of this post)...we are VERY comfortable throwing around acronyms for very intimate things. I don't see why BCBC would be such a big deal, given what personal information we already disclose. It doesn't betray exactly what else the provider (or the client) has ensured for BCBC. Sure, a provider could lie...so could a client. However, I'd like to think an unintended baby from a business arrangement would (most likely) be a bad thing for all parties involved, so honesty would be the best policy for all involved. If you live in this world trusting no one at all at any level...that's a sad place to be in. You wouldn't drive a 2000-4000 lbs. vehicle on a road hurdling down the road at 70 MPH with other vehicles. You wouldn't trust a restaurant to cook your food safely and properly. You might not even trust an employer to pay you money for services rendered.

Kat, don't you hate it when they bring up kids as if that's the end all be all?
Assuming that a woman wants in your pockets so bad that she wouldn't be doing Jackie Joyner-Kersee speeds to the abortion clinic is preposterous. Save that for the professional gold diggers some of you are attracted to. But what about the really important things, like your health? It's funny that this alludes men when we talk about condom accidents.
Or like I told my brothers: Stop fucking if you can't accept the consequences. The only thing we as individuals control are ourselves. You can't tell a girl what to do with her body like she can't tell you what to do with yours. If that was the case, you married ones wouldn't be here. The only reason it's ever asked, especially in the civilian world, is to initiate bareback sex.
Come on, admit it. What guy on here has never told a girl that since you're in love you don't have to wear condoms? "You ARE on the pill, right?" Think back real hard. If for that reason alone, asking has no place in this industry.

Just because you personally haven't been affected, doesn't mean other can't be...or even you in the future. Everybody thinks they are perfectly responsible and careful...until they are proven wrong.
Just saying.

In the last 2 years, 4 providers in my area who have become pregnant because of bursted condoms. 3 had the babies and one asked the hobbyist for abortion money. I've personally known 4 guys who have had condoms burst on them in the last year and they were sweating enough waiting on their STD/HIV test results. No need to add the fear of 18 years of child support to that.

Thank you for posting this. I don't think it's really an issue, until you hear about these stories. While not in the hobby, I've known a few men whose condoms broke and had to sweat through weeks until that period came. Two were lucky, one wasn't so lucky...while he loves his kid very much, having to deal with his baby momma off of a ONS has been a nightmare for him.

I will agree it is an issue, but while a condom is applied to the outside most of the other methods involve changing how a woman's body operates. I think the right to know about that only comes into play if the guy is involved in something longer term than one session at a time. I agree having to deal with the baby's mom could be a nightmare but that is one of the risks I take when going for FS finish. I mitigate that risk by making sure to have a good fit that doesn't come off and at this point if she wasn't willing to let me use the ones I bring I probably would go for a different finish like pyramider suggested.
