Be thankful, not sad.
It lasted 5 years longer than I thought it would, and ended with a much larger membership than I could ever have imagined. Here's hoping this site will prove to be as successful.

Like losing a favorite bar or hangout to fire or closing. Glad to have ECCIE to move on to but you can't replace the great threads that are lost on ASPD.

Well i tryed to logg in for one last time but as well all know lights have been turned off for good to most of us it was our first place to hobby and or provide and i made lots of outstanding friends there that many have joined me here but its so sad to see it go.

I was writing a pm in response to an ISO and when I tried to send it.... nada.
These last several days was akin to watching the Titanic sink in slow motion. But fortunately this looks like it's going to be a good place.
