I actually have a little hobby pouch. I only have sessions where there's a shower available. Takes me about ten minutes. The pouch has listerine, toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, tongue scraper (addictive once you start using one), hand lotion, shampoo, deodorant, my preferred condoms, and soap. All are the travel versions. Doesn't take much room.

Being clean and fresh goes a long way. I don't have much downstairs but it's going to be the cleanest thing in the friggin' room during the session.
