Could we change the name?
Could the Kansas forums be changed to the Kansas City Metro and Kansas forums? Half of the metro area is in KS and half in MO. It is best to keep it all together in one forum.
I believe the MO forum was St Louis and MO.

I bet things are hopping!!!
Omahan has a great idea.....the way things spilt up here the people that live in Kansas and Kansas City, MO post in one area and the people in St. Louis, MO post there. The other cities in MO kind of filter both ways but more to St. Louis.
What ever is decided will be fine however!!

I hate for my first post to be asking for changes, so let me say first how happy I am that ECCIE has been so welcoming to the ASPD refugees.
Now, with that out of the way let me second what Omahan and Bubba have suggested. Kansas City itself is mostly in Missouri, but a lot of us Kansas folks hang out there. Cities like Topeka and Wichita could even be included. Similar arguments could be made for the St. Louis metro area, which stretches into southern Illinois. Changing the Kansas board to be KC Metro area, and the Missouri board to St. Louis metro would do a lot for letting the hobbyists and providers know the best place to post.
But no hurry. We are just getting our feet wet here whereas you are swamped. Thanks for all you do!

I agree with the suggestions above. I believe the organization of the ASPD forums were similar to what has been suggested, and it seemed to keep the discussions for these particular regions organized.
Echoing what KCQ said, thanks for welcoming us from the ASPD world.
