Scheduling assistants

In trying to set some time with a couple of P411 ladies I have been routed to their scheduling assistants. I must say they have been prompt and professional. Setting up appointments and ironing out details has been a breeze.

I wonder what critical mass of weekly appointments for a provider justify their employment of an assistant, or, is it a part time gig for the assistant. Maybe one assistant coordinates for several providers.

Might be my next career path.

I believe they usually do so for a handful of providers. I recently dealt with a provider who used one and she did it for at least two other ladies. What I wonder is pay? I'd assume it's a percentage or flat fee per appointment kept?

I had a time set up with Adored Alex back on the 8th and tried that week to confirm with no luck. I received an e-mail from her assistant 2 hours before we were to meet that there was not enough prebookings so she didn't make it to Buffalo. I see another ad pop up and try again, get the auto response but nothing else. I decided to call her yesterday and she picked up but was gone already. Said she had a new assistant and apoligized. But it would be awesome if we met her next trip here. Last time we met I had no problem dealing with her assistant. Rylee Snow was the only other girl I remember having an assistant and it always worked out.

the benefit for the provider is up time, LOL. Ok seriously, a thorough independant put 30% of the time in screening, and scheduling, and gets frequent calls/texts while they are working, and can't answer them unless you are talented BP girl, and could lead to missed opportunities for them if someone could answer right away. I already offered services to one, and unfortunately they refused, LOL. Anyway, when day job goes away, this could be fun.

Qix- I think when a dude does this, ya know... schedules dates, does screening for payment... they call him a pimp.

The difference between a scheduler and a pimp is in who controls the relationship and the cash.

I can understand why some independents wouldn't want to put up with the public and would hire someone to run administrivia for them.

Or is that included in the pricing?

Edit: I should actually play concierge because Rachel told me she was thinking about coming to Rochester.

I agree with MWebber. You can't trust that it's their "assistant" that's what they want you to think. You really think a girl is going to come out and tell you it's her pimp...no she is not, she is going to make an excuse up that she knows could be believable. I over analyze situations instead of just running with it. When you over analyze, you get the truth you would have never known.
