Sounds like Obama thinks they may have a case against him. Why else would he be litigating? Maybe someday, Obama will have to defend in court, why he's been using someone else's Social Security number since the eighties.

Remember two months ago a Maryland lawyer (a woman) telling a judge that there was no reason to demand a birth certificate because he was already president and it didn't matter if he did come from Kenya.
