What if the scenario was different..
IE: lady meets the paying customer at the door, says "HI" and brings him in. Then, he gets creepy and dangerous or threatening.. Lady starts to freak... runs to bathroom to call the booker.. OOPS.. booker is playing with her child, phone isn't handy, Freaked lady proceeds to end up in a bad situation and the one that's supposed to be "immediately available" is playing patty-cake in the other room.
Sometimes 1 MINUTE MAKES A DIFFERENCE.
Perhaps not in this case, but the OP WAS NOT AVAILABLE DUE TO A LACK OF TCB.
Or maybe the PAYING CUSTOMER felt like sitting around in a parking lot, waiting for a call, was a bad time investment. While the one that fell down on the job, was blissfully playing "Gotcha' nose" instead of doing what she was supposed to do, considering the guy was paying $200 + an hour, and a good portion of it was also paying her (the one that caused the problem), as well as the lady that missed seeing him.. I don't see a defense here. Just a lack of taking responsibility for their own screw up and trying to drum up sympathy from the masses.. Luckily, it's obvious from the flavor of the replies, "that shit ain't gonna fly here".

This is an interesting thread that should be part of every girls How to be an Escort/Agency welcome packet in the TCB folder. Clearly it is a big deal to guys when the appointment happens and the margin of error can be slim (tho not 1 minute slim).

I'm pretty easy-going in some ways, but I expect more from an agency afa TCB. That's just the way it is. I think that's the big message in the thread for you.

At the same time, as a professional myself, I've sometimes made a mistake that just can't be explained, so I sympathize with you. I just make an extra effort to make things as close to perfect as I can and believe you will also.

Sorry, but we don't all agree! We are only getting one side of the story here, and I'd be very reluctant to believe that this recollection of events is totally and completely accurate, even if the OP had the most honest of intentions in posting it.

If this timeline were accurate, I would think the guy she's complaining about would recognize that it was him she's outing and chime in. But what if the guy got that confirmation text at 9:41? He wouldn't think she's talking about him now, would he?

Exactly! Isn't the convenience and the professionalism what I'm paying an agency for? I'm quite willing to give an independent young lady the benefit of the doubt, but not someone who is getting a cut of the lady's action.

This unprofessional behavior cost the guy a good time and the lady her source of income.

No offense intended to any ladies out there, but guys and girl's mind just function differently in the regards to time. And while there are exceptions to every rule, a lot of ladies tend to run a bit on the late side as oppose to the early side. How many of you married, divorced, etc have waited fully dressed for a wife who was running late with hair, make-up, deciding what to wear or whatever? i understand this is a business which puts a different spin on things but sometimes you just gotta let little things slide. If you're dealing with someone who you are established with and has a good rep five to ten minutes grace every now and then while potentially aggravating, shouldn't be too big a deal. shit happens.

That is one of the reason guys come here and pay for a service.... It is because we do not want to have to wait. This is pay for play not pay to wait on a maybe.

I know I've been at least 20 minutes late for appts because of traffic/bad planning. Maybe i'm more forgiving than most but I'd give 10 to 15 minutes...then i'd try to find out what happened before passing any judgement.

OK, here's another thing that speaks to what GFE is all about. If I have an appointment at 9:30, and I arrive at 9:29:30 so as not to be late, and I phone the lovely lady and get her voice mail, and then I see a guy leave her place and give her a warm hug and a big sloppy kiss, then all of a sudden Mr Happy isn't quite so happy anymore.

It's not like we don't all know it, but the whole point of what we are doing here is pretending, right? Clearly that didn't happen here, but when your imagination starts, it's hard to stop it, and imagination is mostly what this hobby is about.

Actually, there are lots of reasons to bolt, even on familiar providers. I think that bolting when the hairs on your neck stand up is a wise policy. Of course, I personally have never been able to do that. It's like Ezra said. Most dude are willing to be patient if they really want something. Ergo, he didn't really want it. The question is why.

I drove to an hour to an appointment once (with a girl I'd seen probably 100 times) and when I got to her place, there was no answer. She didn't answer her phone. I waited an hour, calling every ten minutes. I left, and was half way home when she called. "Well, I'm home now" was all she said. I said, "well, I spent my hour sitting on your porch, so now I'm on my way back to my family, and a 1much longer than usual shower. At least I saved my $$." And of course, the next time I had some free time, I booked with her again.

The point is that as long as no bad reviews are exchanged, I think we have all stayed within the bounds of the polite but perverted little society we have here.

I never attempt to see the provider more than 5 minutes before the scheduled time. Using Marley's as an example (Now Hush) EVERY time I have had an appointment with one of her providers, the provider was 10-15 minutes late. I NEVER said a word. Personally, I think you must be an idiot to schedule in that tight of a window. On the other hand an appointment is an appointment. Respect that hobbyist time and be ON TIME! So that’s what I meant it cuts both ways.

There is no doubt in my mind with Marley's reputation and the providers working for her, that a hobbyist would get an hour. So if either party is 5-15 late the hobbyist still gets an hour. At least that’s been my experience with Marley's agency EVERY SINGLE TIME! Now I don't know the hobbyist side of the story, this much is true. But leaving after one minute... thats bull shit! I've had hour apointments go 45 minutes and I've had them go almost two hours. In the end it all seems to work out.

I usually get to appointment 5-10 min early and txt at the 5 minute mark. I've had a few that responded a couple min after appointed time, no biggie it's never mattered in the end and I will stick around for 10 min for a response before leaving. Just don't take the lateness on your part out on my end at the end and were fine.

As much money as you spend, as much potential business as you represent, the idea that an Agency would ALWAYS make you wait 10-15 minutes is deplorable.....

I would bet a lot of other guys are made to wait longer and probably a few would not wait as long had you ever reported that.

No, as a responsible person I allow for traffic and the unexpected. That’s how I did business. I guess that’s why I don't need to "sneak" away to do anything. Stop putting words in my mouth! I speak for myself and my hobby experiences. I was not there nor is it any of my business. Based on the information given, leaving after one minute is ridiculous. This is an Information Hooker Board. How do we share information? In the threads and reviews. Picking people out and giving them shit certainly isn't productive. Perhaps I might recommend posting some more reviews. That certainly helps the providers you profess to care about and accomplishes the task at hand.
