they will in small settings. As in pm, email, phone, small M&G, and before or after BCD's. Not all that ask will get answers. mmmm most in this thread so far would.
I love that a few will PM or call me to blow off steam. Telling me off is better than going after who they were angry at. mmmm even if it was me LOL

The reason the ladies don't contribute is there is no upside for them to do so. It's fine to have healthy debate, but, IMHO the comments of the ladies have unilaterally been attacked unmercifully. For every one of them (the ladies) there are several of us who do nothing but show disrespect for their views. You don't have to agree with them, and if you dsagree, you can do that without being disagreeable or offensive. I guess some think of the ladies as people, but most treat them as things. They are people with feelings, at least the way I see it.

that right there is how one feels that I have never had BCD with. But has met me for just drinks a few times. I bet more than one feels that on the board and if meeting for mmmm whatever.
on another note:
Thank god for the one or two I play shmb checkers with.
As I miss cat and mouse with summerwaves. even when I was the mouse.

That goes for me too. The reality is that all to often the ladies get bashed for non-offensive comments and that drives them away.
Attempting to be civil isn't that difficult and being civil ... well it's easier for some then for others.
Attacks though should not be tolerated and so the gentle warnings go to both the hobbyists and the providers!
