Negotiating in this line of work should always be welcomed. Why? you ask. Unlike a product in the store, that product will be there the next day if you wait a day to purchase it. Unlike time and day or many other circumstances. For instance you have a Hotel reservation and cancel the last minute that product and time is lost. This is why hotel rates vary hugely by supply and demand during that period. Same thing with a provider. If she has the time and it's avail on her schedule last minute or she has had a cancellation if might be in her interest to negotiate off a percentage. This works out for both parties. Sorry Isabella, you should not be offended by negotiation all you have to say is "No" Have a nice day.

This is what you get when you forget the human aspect of these transactions.

There is only a human aspect component if you take the negotiations personally! At the very least, if a provider doesn’t like the negotiating aspect of the business, she had better get used to it, because EVERY provider is going to have a client try to negotiate a rate with her on occasion. There probably isn’t one guy that is very active in the hobby that hasn’t had a provider offer him a better rate for his business. I’ve called providers to check out their unadvertised rates, and when they quote me a price, it may have been more than I wanted to spend with that particular provider. On a number of occasions I have said, “Thank you, but that’s a little more than I wanted to spend.” Or, in some cases, I have said, “Well, I appreciate the information, but I may look around a little more before I make a decision.” This is often followed by the provider saying, “Well, how much were you looking to spend, Baby?” Or, something to that effect. As long as you have a number of providers so eager to negotiate, you are going to have a lot of bargain shoppers out there. It’s just part of the industry you are going to have to get used to.

I see both sides of the fence. On the emotional aspect, one has to realize that we are dealing with humans who may get offended by whatever. A disruption in good vibes may affect the session in a bad way. But as a fellow hobbyist, we have worked hard to get the money to spend on you lovely ladies. The more something cost, the more scrutiny and expectations that go with it. Whenever i go into a session, I have a basic idea of what to expect from the reviews and those brave souls who TOFTT. If the session exceeds my expectations, I find my wallet is more generous. Lol. But on a serious note, I think this is a good thread so we can see both sides. As always be safe and happy hobbying.

I get my hobby money when I'm looking for leftovers out of the dumpsters outside of strip clubs. You'd be surprised how many strippers put their money in a pack of cigs, smoke the last one and forget their money was still in the package.

I would like to order a la carte as I am not interested in some of the services offered and since I am not partaking of all that is on the menu I do not need the buffet.

All the Eccie members I have met have been great. I can honestly say there have been a few negotiaters and its a simple "no, thnk you". And has only happened 2 times that I can remember. I also post on BP, and thats a different story lol.

Negotiating never ends well unless you're preying on the desperate. You may not notice because some men have no regard for the women they sleep with. The rate a woman asks for is the amount she is happy with taking for the services she provides. She may give you the show of your life, but a part of her is going closer and closer to burnout.

What makes a woman happy is getting the rate she sets. The happier the woman, the better the service. Unless you're slightly masochistic and like knowing that you're breaking women a little at a time.

Like I said in earlier posts, I never negotiate. If thier rate doesn't appeal to me, I simply move on. But, if you are in this business, get used to it, it's gonna happen.

I thought business was about making the consumer happy. As for women, I learned a long time ago that some are just "bottomless pits" as far as money is concerned...... (no pun intended!).... and the more one shells out the more they expect to receive. Apparently, hobbying is no exception.

Of all the comments posted, this is the one I agree with the most.

I never negotiated, which is why I preferred places like Juniors, Wildflowers, and Cherries. I always wanted the woman to have as good of an attitude as I could get, and negotiating the price down will affect her attitude.

If I make 30 bucks an hour and my boss makes me take a price cut, I wouldn't give 100% like I did at 30 bucks. It's the nature of the beast.

Now grandfathering the price is different. I never considered asking a regular if I could be grandfathered in as negotiating. All she had to do was say 'no'. Most said yes, but one went off on me in a PM about being cheap. She had just raised her rates (after some really great reviews) past my self imposed limit of 250, and all I did was ask if regular customers were grandfathered in.

Dear John,

What makes a regular a regular? We have grandfathered selected friends that visit 1-2 or more a month, not long ago a gent that visited us before complained because we would not give him a rate from a special rate he get got over a year ago, he had not visit us since, and how we should honor him that rate because he was a regular visitor, we think not. Then we get new friends that ask for rates we have not asked for in 2 years. Sorry will not do that and not fair for those gentlemen accept the rates. Why we raised our rates?, we not felt comfortable with our screener, we relied on his screening skills, we had no issues but always felt uncomfortable with new clients. We trained a new screnner and started again rescreening. We get much less customers, but we feel safe and comfortable and our friends feel safe and comfortable also. We have new nicer incall, we furnished it, so we had to adjust rates, but some gentlemen do not understand any of that.
