I find a half decent tactic is to put a thread in requests if you need short notice. Or hit up an amp if that will suit your tastes.

Probably because he knows that, at any given time, they are all non-responders. And, he put this in co-ed. Picking on them is the quickest way to ensure that they never respond to him. It's my guess that the thread was meant as more of a vent than anything else; placed where both guilty and innocent could see and respond. jmo
