Why is it being made to sound like owning and carrying a weapon is an evil deed? Whats wrong with protection?

Suprise, surprise... I agree with traci.
Leave the gun in the car. I played the street game exclusively prior to knowing about the boards and didn't pack my gun. No need to put yourself in a legal mess.

I don't think the issue here is with carrying weapons in general. I think the point here is the right to not want them in your presence while with a client. I personally have no issued with choosing to protect yourself however you see fit. However, I would like my peace of mind taken into consideration by not having them in my presence during an appt, especially bringing them to my incall. If I'm doing an outcall, I'd be fine with the 'out of sight, out of mind' mentality.

i have a handgun permit because of my job..being out at crazy hours on locations in the middle of nowhere.
you would be surprised what goes on on well locations in the middle of the night and middle of the days ..i have seen theft, kidnapping, assault, drug deals, and yes people parking and having sex ..but you never know what your going to drive up and find .
with all that being said i would never carry my weapon into a session and if you drink while your in a session and get caught driving under the influence with your weapon on u ..youve just committed another felony.
With the responsibility of carrying a weapon comes the responsibility of knowing the rules and regulations that go with it and where you can carry...DO NOT carry a weapon into a session or you will be in deep shit if caught.
If you feel unsafe going into a session then you are seeing the wrong providers !
change your ladies your seeing instead of packing heat !

I can't say I blame a provider for feeling a bit concerned about a client arming himself. Here ya have a loose cannon in a horny mood and he's carrying a firearm. Things happen ya know. Hopefully no one encounters anything adverse from it.

It's not an evil deed to own and carry a weapon. Nothing wrong with having some protection either. I think the basic purpose of the thread was how people feel about a client bringing a gun to a escort's incall. I think the general concensus would be she could feel a bit uneasy about it, which might even hamper the mood a bit. Also who's to say that every client that brings a gun to a session has a permit to carry it. I know some really don't have a problem with it, some do. I wonder if a client disclosed the fact that he would be armed at the session beforehand. Would that make the whole situation better for the provider, no surprises.

I have a few weapons and I am getting my conceal and carry but I would NEVER take it to a session even to leave it in my car. That is just dumb because so many things can happen simply because the weapon is there. I have never thought about carrying a knife, or a gun, or any other weapon into a session (other then my tongue and dick of course). I just don't get it lol...

There is no place for it in my opinion and what good is a weapon gonna do you in a room when it is in the car? Nothing good can come from leaving a weapon in your car. Its just dumb. Leave it at home.

Even on the flip side of it all, a gentleman will not tell you he's carrying one. The last thing he wants to do is scare you.

WoW glad to hear your screening is better than (pick any state in the union).
I would be ok with a provider packing with papers.

Wow I leave for one day and the nastiness that rears it's head in my thread! It's amazing the effort people spend in speculating how another lady does her business. This thread is about who people felt about guns in the hobby, point blank.
Thank everyone else for their valid opinions.
