I would have agreed with that statement until recently. I like you have a clean bill of health but am pushing it. Eventually age catches up and what you could get away at 30 you won't at 35, 40, 45, etc.

That is why I am taking better care of myself overall these days. There is no benefit to being overweight whether its male or female...

They are all great "today" Roxanne.... I've passed every stress test I've taken and had similar results over the years..... I passed a physical 2 months ago hearing all the same things....

But over time you... I .... other's like us... all put stresses on our systems that will catch up......

you don't see a lot of obese 90 year olds being put in the ground......

I recently lost a little over 50 lbs while putting on some muscle (hardly noticible... I know).... and it doesn't matter what the Dr says or how comfortable I am with myself..........
