Condom Sense has a TON of them.

On average it takes 24 to 72 hours for food to pass through the digestive system. The poop in your colon is probably what you ate yesterday or the day before. Eating light the day of the session is not going to make for a clean session.

It's always best to to the full throttle cleansing well in advance the night before, (12 hours in advance). AND then 2-4hoursprior to your date. As a follow up prep.
