Sexual Addiction

I'm not a sex addict; I just prefer it over other forms of entertainment!

I definitely could not pass this one up. Im worried that I am one. Im on BP everyday prowling the posts. My fear of addiction takes place after the session is over. I sometimes tend to act on my impulses when I make arrangements to see a provider. I will later ask myself why do I act so hastily. Oh well, I guess my biggest regret is when I see a provider I would have normally not been interested in meeting out in public...so why did I just give her money for the "dirty deed"?

Just because I enjoy sex doesn't make me an addict. I think sex addiction is toted as an excuse many times for people's behavior. IMHO it's a rare addiction and too often used to say " Well I can't help myself." Of course...on the other hand....I've been dick-whipped myself and driven in the rain for an hour to get laid with a hot guy so I don't know if that makes me an addict. It just makes me a sexually healthy woman.

I think most people would agree that a lady who admits to being "dick-whipped" and driving an hour in the rain to have sex with some stud is certainly . . .

. . . addicted to sex!

However, I would say that there is probably a fine line between being "sexually healthy" and "sexually addicted" and maybe we have all oscillated between the two.

. . . Maybe the problem really arises only when your needle gets stuck on the "sexually addicted" side and then you might need help!

LOL I almost got into an accident driving so fast to get there . But it sure as heck was worth it. * sighs *

I'm the same way, only diiferent! I worry about providers that hit the scene and I miss out! Here today, gone tomorrow type of thing! OCD, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder! So I check the oven, cruise BP ads, write a complaint to a mod, then check the oven........ you get my point! LOL Got to run, I need to PM a mod......
