I have had the good fortune ( ??? ) of dealing with both of you well respected long time members of eccie since I became a member. We have not always agreed on certain issues, BUT we have always been respectful in our public and private comments to each other. I encourage this same approach by all members

As a moderator, I hope to continue that ability to agree or disagree with both of you AND all the other men and women here. FYI. the title " Super Moderator " just appeared under my name this morning when I first logged on. I had nothing to do with choosing that title.

I am still just quail, a member of eccie like anyone else, but who has agreed to become a moderator. Nothing more. Hell, I don't even have an avatar.

And quail, I do believe that although you might think your "just a member of Eccie", you will be frustrated with your new position but the rewards usually far outweigh the work.

Not my style. I have always been " just quail" in all my years on various sites. ONLY now I am " just quail " with some added responsibilities of being a mod.
Maybe after being a mod for a while I will change my title to " still just quail " just to prove you wrong.
