Based on the other superthread.....I got to thinking about topics which should or could (more fun) be stickied to the top of the forum to limit discussion and retoric ffor the mods to have to attend to in debaty discussions.

Here a few example of my own, post any others you wish so we have ideas (in no particular order)........

1. No Black Men threads

Although it will always be a topic which is sensitive for a few.

2. Provider "WASH YOUR BALLS THREADS"

Never understood these and would be much easier if she would simply tell the guy right there wash or leave please...keep your donation sir and invest in copius amount of soap.

3. Any thread where a hobby "loan" or "prepay with no service" went wrong.

They should just know better.

You are on the exact wavelength I am Gimme. There are several others.
As they come up we'll just move them over.

However, my thinking is NOT to deter or limit discussion in any way, or any more that normal. Its simply to concentrate the same discussions that occur over and over and over to one place.

This may be an exercise in futility, but judging from my email and PM's I can tell you there are many folks here tired of the incessant chatter and repeated threads dealing with the same subject over and over. Sticking a master thread per subject keeps it visible for anyone who wants to see or discuss it without cluttering up the forum all the time. Rules in the superthreads remain exactly the same.

How will threads started in local forums be merged into the Superthreads?

What about members who don't typically look at the national forum, but click straight to their local forum?

It's all redundant really, but what else can you talk about on a hooker board? This is why I am glad there are forums not dedicated to only sex...it's tiring after a while reading the same questions and responses.

They won't. We are talking about Main Discussion threads only. Nor will any local BBFS reviews be merged into the thread. The folks that typically only look at local forums should broaden their horizons and take advantage of the MANY other discussion areas of the site.

I think a superthread for screening would be a great idea. We get those questions all the time from new women, and this way all they would have to do is refer to the sticky. Lots of important info. would be brought forth.

I agree with London on the screening it would be nice to hear it from both sides. Men seem to get irritated with the screening process sometimes. I feel it is necessary for the safety of not only the hobbyist but also the provider. I think it would be a good idea for both sides to discuss this for a better understanding and learning experience for both parties.

I was thinking of screening in terms of what to do and not do...i.e. Don't hook your puter up to the hotel internet, don't discuss money for services, don't do last minute for the bucks then toss all logic out the window. You would be surprised just how many women have no clue about such things..not just new girls either, but many who have been here a long time.

If women screened properly there would be far less alerts. 90 percent of the alerts we see are from women who can't even tell you a damn thing about the guy who ripped them off lol. They have no name, no handle, and maybe just a fake cell phone. It's beyond ludicrous. Usually goes something like this...

"He called me at 3 in the morning and I raced right over because I needed the money, and forgot my brain." He ripped me off because I did not bother getting any references nor did I even check the envelope. Lucky to be alive." Well no freaking duh!

They are not a bad idea.

However, you get enough of them and then you will have to get past the first page just to get to the other threads. Maybe the superthreads should go in their own forum?

An interesting discussion, to be sure.

If you click on the next page, will it still just display the sticky threads?

Well, there are only 3 here...many more on other forums and it's cluttered for sure. Maybe they could limit them to say 5 per forum? Just a thought.
