Why bother trying to read and comment on threads that are always way off course? For a long while this has been a major issue. Every thread will drift. Some way off to bickering land. Or to Ad or where ever. Some times it needs to drift. And the drift has good information also. Its hard not to drift, as many thing do relate to another.

This thread alone started off asking why there is a lack of posts/threads and participation and now it’s about Jonballs and Sarah Palin? Last I knew NEITHER were the center of the Universe. I don't bother clicking on any thread because I know anything more than a page has LOST sight of the OP's topic discussion and not worth reading.
And then back to on topic or related to topic. Thanks this time for your post.

I can only imagine how a new hobbyist or SP must feel. Trying to get the tools they need to make sure they understand this part of life and can't because all threads here seem to get way off course. And if anyone steps in they are thrown under the bus.
The info is here one has to look. I find that most do not look. Over, can not find.

Seeing people bicker over opinions is one thing, but there are many on here that will comment back to another with the opposite no matter what. If person a says the sky is blue....person wxyz always has a neg remark, quotes person a and says "no it’s green". That kind of bullshit is what making people participate less and less on this board.Ya, some just do not like each other. Just like the real world.

Not picking on ya. I like ya. But with so many using errrr posting to this site. Every thing you say will just be part of it. And a site that every one agrees all the time would be boring. And then would die off. So post what you want. And do not worry about others. Its not your problem.
The utopia some are looking for to feel safe to post will never be. Or not worth the time being part of.

If a provider has put me on a Do Not See list from my posts. Then in a way that is a good thing. Yes really it is. We would probably not enjoy each other anyways. And sometimes if ya keep reading you will find one/you/me/self was wrong about another, Other times more right than one would want to know.

Case in point. When I first joined ASPD. A provider joined a few months later. She was very bold in her posts. My reaction to her posts, was I never never want to meet this gal for any reason. Latter she grew on me. Still later became a board buddy. And have meet a few times(but no BCD). And the few times where a joy. Glad I know her. I got to love my nita, even if I never made love with her. Someday maybe or not.

So some can hang others can not. It will never be perfect. If it is perfect to some, then it will not be to others. Just the way it is when you have many in one place.

edit: there are other providers I have never meet or had BCD with that I trust And PM with. Others, I'm sure do not like me. It's not that big a deal. Really its not that big a deal. I like posts from both jonballs and n-nikki. I do not think one will ever keep the other from posting. Some need to not let little thing bother them. So if you do not like a doove post reply to jonballs or jonballs back to doove. Then scroll past it. Its not like one is going to get N-nikki, jonballs, or doove to stop posting. And it would be sad if anyone of did stop posting. crap yes, even doove errrrrr. If you post and do not like a reply from another its not the end of the world. Its not that hard to bring a thread back on topic.

My nothing thread is not to have a topic. Some times it does for a short time. Then back to nothing. So all is cool.

How 'bout a new forum called "The Cockfighting Pen"? Enter at your own risk, and those that want to mix it up can do so without derailing a thread. I know sometimes bickering can be entertaining, but when it evolves into hostility, spare the rest of us. I can handle rough language & intimidation, hell I work in a manufacturing environment and see it every day. I was just hoping that when I came here to catch up on one of my favorite pastimes, I could giggle more often than frown.

edit edit: and once you took your trash there or was moved there by a mod. you can not bring back out. fight it out there.

One can invite one to the trash can. but not make them go.
