				 Hangover cures

What do you swear by that works for kicking a hangover? Besides a huge bowl of menudo? Or just not drinking too much because that isn't any fun. I'm not a raging alcoholic, just curious. And bored, mostly.

for me, i will drink a bottle of pedia-lite ( you can find this in the baby food section) before going to bed, and then immediately in the morning. Something about balancing the electolytes. works for me. Then I would suggest booking an appointment with Devynn and you will be saying "hangover.....what hangover?" I'M CURED!!!!!!

Drink QUALITY alcohol first of all. Spend a little more on something quality (this is not always a brand name either. think tequila) Also don't mix your alcohol with sugary mixers. I drink Whiskey on ice, no mixer.
An hour before you go to bed (or pass out) start drinking copious amounts of water. (if you have the presence of mind) Hangovers are the result of dehydration.

Don't drink on an empty stomach, but if you barf, DRINK WATER. And for the love of god, don't puke and rally. If you puke, call it a night.

These aren't cures, but as they say an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure...

The day you have a hangover, sleep, food, and aspirin are about the only things that will help.... and WATER!

There are a couple of things I always crave after a night of binge drinking. Regular Coca Cola (not diet) and either a hamburger or a steak. I don't understand why-I just do.

If you happen to have a bottle of Oxygen available, that will help. Info from old diver days. It takes about 20 minutes for your head to start clearing and you'll feel better. The other option is to go diving (scuba) about 15-20 minutes at 30+ feet with do the trick..

upon waking with a hangover take two aspirin, take a long hot shower, then go to a restaurant that servers Philly cheese steaks, get one, hopefully chicken, along with sweet tea. drink severral glasses of sweet tea while eating. the bread, the grease, the fluid from the tea, the aspirin will kick in, and as you leave the restaurant you will feel fine.

What HE said!!!!!!!

I was going to say drink water before you go to bed. and D.E.W. not drink things with citrus juices. You can drink lots more tequila w/o the juice (or margarita)

I have cravings as well. First a big glass of tomato juice with lots of salt, pepper, amd worchestershire sauce. Then some really good mexican food with lots of chips and salsa and that's if I have slept in. Otherwise, I need a really big greasy breakfast and lots of water.

Another preventative measure (if you can remember) besdies lots of water and something from Jack-in-the Box before bed is 4 ibuprofen. That always helps me.
