I'll go for a M&G...I prefer to invite 4 favorite ladies to an evening of poker, pastrami, popcorn, pinot gris, and petting. Doctors have warned me that my lifestyle will kill me, but what a way to go!

You might end up in the emergency room with that advertised "4-hour erection". On the other hand, after that pair gets finished with you, the erection would no longer be an issue, but you might require ER treatment for cardiac issues.
