Default Be on the look out
hey guys, I am new to ccie, and am not sure how to post
anything yet or submit a review, but I think I must notify people on here
that I recived a private message from someone named privatequeen and
they would not give me a contact number but did direct me to a
website to view photos, then when I inquired about a meeting, I was
asked to westernunion the money for the first time, then provide the
slip to the girl when she showed up, I think this is a scam and I would
beware, Please get this message out, I would hate to see hobbyist or
providers hurt because of this

Yes I had someone try the same scam on me awhile back. It brought up a major red flag when she told me she don't take cash and only western union. Who doesn't take cash?

Appreciate the info. This scam has been around longer than I have! Never, ever, ever pre-pay for anything in this business.

Same thing happened to me. Got a message within a few hours of signing up. It looked fishy to me. Webpage she had a link to what looked like a legit site.I wonder if they hijacked that site to run this scam. I sent an email we will see if they try the Western Union scam.

Ok so i fell for it...im new to all this and places were saying "verified" this and that and i didnt know what to do exactly...when pmed by a registered member which now i know is pretty much everyone was referred to a site with all info contacted and lengthy chat in yahoo set up a time and all seemed good. During chat said since i wasnt verified i could western union to her boss for first time and then cash on subsequent visits..... $$$$ and nothing to show for it....in my pissed off rage i now dig deeper everwhere i could and find all this out i feel so stupid...guess this might not be my hobby afterall

Sorry you got burned. We are banning these people as soon as they are reported. They just re-register with a new name and continue.

Don't give up on the hobby yet, but do read this thread. Then follow the advice given
