Well, I know of a KC officer that lives just outside of Edwardsville that was finally tossed off the force for being caught stealing money from what he thought was drug dealers, but was actually a sting for his ass. His indictment is currently pending.
On top of it all, he tries to be the neighborhood bully using his shield.
I ought to go write "cunt" twenty feet tall in his lawn with gasoline some night.
