I think the 4th Mod was part of a "Surge" and a positioning to cut loose some of the oppressiveness and we are about to get turned loose.....

I think they are ready to let me go a bit and when that happens all the haters will need to be controlled..... I don't cross the lines very often but when I am active I manage to get get others to cross with quite a bit of frequency.....
